Six Pack of 2 ½ lb. Malted Milk Powder Canisters - Approximately 50 servings per 2 ½ lb. Canister.

PLEASE NOTE: Malted Milk Powder does not dissolve in liquids, such as: Water or Cold Milk. It does dissolve in Hot Beverages. Add Malted Milk Powder to Ice Cream Shakes to make an Ice Cream Malts. You can also sprinkle on top of Ice Cream to make a Dusty Road Sundae or you can Bake with our Malt.

Keep in a cool, Dry Location if kept tightly sealed. Does contain Wheat and Milk

Extract of Malted Barley and Wheat, Sugar (Sucrose), Milk, Salt, Baking Soda.

Approx. 50 serving per 2.5 lb. container.

I run an old fashioned soda fountain in Brooklyn's Park Slope. There is a wide range of "Malted Milk Powder" available, this one stood out from the pack of generally low quality inexpensive options.

Since I can't often get Horlix Malted drinks over here, I was delighted to find this malted milk powder. It was even better than expected--so I got the six-pack! (Great for baking, too.)
