We ship to the United States only. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
Once we receive your order, PLEASE ALLOW 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS for product(s) to be SHIPPED.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders & Order Cancellation
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by CTL Foods, Inc. All orders are subject to review, acceptance, and product availability. CTL Foods, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability, including due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Due to our quick turn around time, CTL Foods, Inc. does not accept cancellations.
Payment
As a condition of placing an order with CTL Foods, Inc. you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and purchase information. You are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information is correct to facilitate order processing and delivery.
Returns Policy
Please read our return policy carefully and in full.
We will pay the return shipping costs and grant a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days. RETURNS NOT DUE TO AN ERROR ON OUR PART WILL INCUR A 25% RESTOCKING FEE NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING. WHEN PROCESSING A REFUND WE WILL SUBTRACT THESE FEES FROM YOUR ORDER TOTAL AND CREDIT YOU THE REMAINING AMOUNT.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
