Ingredients
- 2 -3 huge Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 - 3/4 Cup Milk
- 4 Tbsp or more to taste Chocolate Syrup
- 2 Heaping Tbsp Soda Fountain ® Malted Milk Powder
